  • Fill in the online application from the individual course pages
  • The Academy will contact you to schedule the interviews (for long professional courses)
  • If accepted, you shall enrol by paying the prescribed fees

  • In case the Academy is unable to deliver the course on the published date, alternate arrangements will be offered to the applicants. If the applicant decides not to accept it, the full amount will be refunded.
  • If the applicant decides to withdraw the application;
    • 7 or more working days before course start date, 75% of the full course fee, will be refunded.
    • 3-6 working days before course start date, 50% of the full course fee, will be refunded.
    • Less than 3 days before course start date, no refund will be made.
    • If payment is made by Skillsfuture credit and trainee fails to turn up for class, refund shall be credited back to individual’s Skillsfuture account.
    • Typically, a processing time of up to 7 working days (from the notice of withdrawal) is needed for refunds
  • For professional courses, the Academy provides uniform tee, pants, shoes, hat and apron as ‘complimentary starter kit’. The learners shall use the knife sets at the Academy.
  • For professional courses, it will be up to 1:20
  • For the leisure courses or events, it will be up to 1:30
  • Learners can defer from their cohort of study due to medical reasons or other extenuating circumstances. However, the application must be submitted, and deferment will be approved with terms and conditions
  • Appeal process will be briefed at the start of each course and each assessment
  • The written appeal on assessment results must be submitted in prescribed format, within 5 working days after the assessment date
  • The Examination Board will review the appeal and revert within 15 working days.
  • Each course will have its own assessment methods which will be briefed at the beginning of the course
  • The assessment methods may include Practical Performance Assessment, Written Assessment, Oral Questioning etc.
  • A mini-graduation ceremony is conducted for all Professional long courses (above WSQ Higher Certificates). The date will be informed during the course
  • After the Higher Certificate in Food Services (Culinary Arts), the Academy shall facilitate job placements. However, employment is subject to acceptance by the employer and their terms and conditions
