The Basics of
Peranakan Cuisine

This basic course in Peranakan cuisine familiarises learners with the ingredients and cooking techniques for making a simple Peranakan menu. The course is delivered by celebrity Chef Shirley Tay.

Upon successful completion, candidates will receive a Certificate of Participation issued by HCSA Academy.

  • Individuals or groups keen to learn the basics of Peranakan cuisine and prepare a basic Nonya meal
  • Food service professionals keen on re-training and skill-enhancement (Eligible for absentee pay roll)
