This course is designed for the learners to understand the ingredients used for breadmaking, their functions and the correct techniques for preparing basic breads.

Upon successful completion, candidates will receive a Certificate of Participation issued by HCSA Academy.

This course is for

  • Individuals or groups keen to master skills in preparing basic breads
  • Food service professionals keen on re-training and skill-enhancement (Eligible for absentee pay roll)
